KAMALA COULD NEVER – Where was Kamala yesterday evening? Not debating President Trump. She was too terrified to accept his challenge, so President Trump took the opportunity to speak to the American people.

• President Trump laid bare the consequences of Kamala's open border on American communities: “Take a look at Aurora in Colorado, where Venezuelans are taking over the whole town ... • President Trump warned about the implications on Pennsylvanians if Kamala is elected: “Pennsylvania cannot even take a chance ... If she won, you're not going to have any fracking in Pennsylvania. • America's domestic oil production increased by a stunning 47% in just three years as the price of gas reached $1.87/gallon.
• More than 50 trade agreements were negotiated to protect the American worker and open foreign markets.
• The job-killing NAFTA was ended and replaced by the USMCA.
• A 27.5% tariff on all Chinese cars was enacted – and remains in place to this day – as President Trump stood up to China and saved the U.S. auto industry from obliteration.

ELECTION INTEGRITY – President Trump’s election integrity team at the RNC just took another legal action to ensure that laws are followed.

The RNC, North Carolina GOP (NCGOP), and a North Carolina voter filed a lawsuit challenging the North Carolina State Board of Elections’ (NCSBE) policy that disregards election laws requiring absentee ballot security envelopes to be sealed in order for the ballot to count. This policy violates North Carolina state law and weakens absentee ballot safeguards. The RNC and partners therefore filed this lawsuit to require the NCSBE to comply with North Carolina election integrity laws. 

In the words of RNC Chairman Michael Whatley, “This decision by the NCSBE is inconsistent with state law and diminishes protections for absentee ballots. We have filed suit to uphold election integrity and ballot safeguards. State law lays out clear requirements, and the NCSBE must follow them — we will continue to fight for election integrity in the Old North State.”
