The video has already earned millions of views across the campaign's X and TikTok accounts.
Kamala's embarrassing repetition underscores her inability to deliver a coherent argument without extensive preparation and theatrics — a luxury that would be unavailable to her in a room with foreign leaders, for example.
In other words, it demonstrates just how dangerous a Kamala presidency would be — one in which the leader of the free world was reduced to a meaningless caricature.
