Kamala Harris is set to unveil a government price fixing scheme today that's more reminiscent of a third-world regime than the United States

Nicolas Maduro would be proud of Comrade Kamala.

It's hard to overstate how disastrous of an idea it is to let D.C. bureaucrats dictate the price of groceries in cities, suburbs, and rural communities across the country — dismantling necessary supply-and-demand signals of the free market and ultimately leading to higher prices for consumers.

Price controls have been tried — and failed — throughout history as they inevitably lead to food lines, shortages, and skyrocketing inequality among citizens.

Even the Federal Reserve says "corporate greed" is NOT to blame for high prices.

The disastrous economic policies of Harris and Biden created the inflation problem — aided and abetted by Harris's tiebreaking votes on trillions in inflationary spending.

Of course, Harris is acting as if she hasn't been in the White House for the past 3.5 years. If lowering prices is a "day one" priority for Harris, did she forget her "day one" was 3.5 years ago? She has been lying about lowering prices for years and she's lying now as she doubles down on her socialist agenda.

The only way back to prosperity is electing President Donald J. Trump in November.
