October 14, 2024

Oakland County, Mich. — Building America’s Future will host Special Guest President Donald J. Trump at an Oakland County Community Roundtable as part of its America's Future Tour this Friday, October 18, in Oakland County, Michigan.

The roundtable will feature Metro Detroit residents who will share how the Biden-Harris Administration’s failed policies have cost the U.S. manufacturing jobs and driven up the cost of goods for Michigan families. Members of the press must receive media credentials to attend this event and must RSVP here.

Members of the public are invited to attend the event and must RSVP here.

President Trump has been a champion of the U.S. manufacturing industry. During his Administration, he created millions of new jobs, bringing production and manufacturing back to the United States from overseas. Building America’s Future was a key supporter of President Trump’s United States - Mexico - Canada Agreement (USMCA), which modernized the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) by maintaining tariff-free exports and imports on hundreds of billions of dollars of U.S. trade, protecting intellectual property, supporting U.S. auto production, and expanding markets for U.S. agriculture.
