A Haitian migrant is accused of murdering his two roommates in an apartment complex in the Hudson Valley while he was awaiting a federal deportation hearing.
Kenol Baptiste stabbed two men in and around the apartment complex he was living in, in Middletown, NY. The police discovered one of the victims dead inside the apartment unit and the other victim lying on the sidewalk facing serious injuries.
Orange County Executive, Steven Neuhaus, tell the New York Post, "this is a failure on all levels of the federal government." He also mentions, "It was one of the most brutal murders that some law enforcement is reporting to us that they've seen."

An illegal immigrant was charged with human trafficking, sodomy, and sexual abuse against a 14-year-old girl.
Pablo Mendoza, 23 years old, gave alcohol to a 14-year-old girl, incapacitating her and engaging in sexual activities with her. The Coffee and Pike County District attorney describes the incident as a "grooming situation."
District Attorney Tarbox reported to WDHN that Mendoza was deported from the United States, but illegally returned to the country sometime before the crime took place.
Sanctuary Massachusetts: Illegal Alien Accused of Fentanyl Trafficking Also Wanted for Murder.

An illegal alien, 27-years-old, crossed the United States-Mexico border, after fleeing from the Dominican Republic on homicide charges.
A month after fleeing from his homicide charges, he was arrested in Newburyport, Massachusetts for trafficking fentanyl. Previously, in December of 2021, the illegal alien was also charged with strangling and suffocating a family member in his household in West Roxbury, Massachusetts.

Florida Police: Illegal Migrant from Haiti Admits Sexually Abusing 10-Year-Old Girl Multiple Times.

A 37-year-old Haitian man has been arrested in Pembroke Park, FL, for sexual battery on a minor, battery on a child by throwing, tossing, projecting or expelling certain bodily fluids or materials, and possession of child pornography.
Nivenson Sarazin sexually abuse a child relative of his girlfriend. He reported to knowing "it is not normal to touch a minor" but "loses control" around the child.
Sarazin admits to the child asking him to stop touching her inappropriately and him refusing.

Eight migrant squatters were busted in Bronx, New York, for gun violence and drug-dealing.
All face the same charges of possession of a weapon, criminal possession of a controlled substance, and acting in a manner injurious to a child.
The landlord of the squatters tried to evict them, but they would not cooperate. Neighbors witnessed consistent violence, such as one of the men beating another man with a pipe.

In 2016, an illegal alien was convicted of raping a woman in Connecticut and was deported in 2021.
40-year-old Jose Pavon-Fermin of Honduras illegally made his way back into the United States, and was again arrested for disturbing the peace.
In his 2016 conviction, Fermin was charged with third-degree sexual assault and first-degree unlawful restraint. He was ordered to serve four and a half years of his 10-year prison sentence in the United States and made to register as a sex offender in the U.S. for the rest of his life. When arrested again in 2023 after being deported, he was illegally residing in the United States and had not registered himself as a sexual offender.

Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) arrested a migrant charged with raping a minor and other sex crimes for the second time after local jurisdiction failed to uphold his immigration detainer.
A Colombian national was charged with rape and indecent assault and battery of a minor over the age of 14 in Lynn Massachusetts.
The Colombian national illegally entered the United States and was arrested by U.S. Border Patrol on July 3, 2023. He was also enrolled into an "Alternatives to Detention Program" after being arrested. When he was arrested again in January, ERO Boston once again requested an "immigration detainer" but the Essex County Sheriff's Department failed to honor the request.
Mexican Illegal Alien Charged with Murdering Wife: 'Nearly Decapitated Her' In Front of Children.

33-year-old Baltazar Perez-Estrada, murdered his 26-year-old wife, Marciela Simon Franco, following a domestic altercation at her apartment.
Estrada stabbed Franco dozens of times on her head, neck, body, and hands. Estrada had been residing in Mexico two weeks prior and then illegally entered the United States before the incident. Estrada was charged with First Degree Murder and was charged with illegally being in the United States.

An illegal alien, who has been deported at least 8 times previously, is now being charged with murder in Ohio.
Fermin Garcia-Guiterrez, 46-years-old, is charged with aggravated murder (premeditated), using weapons while intoxicated, carrying concealed weapons, possession of drugs, and obstructing official business.
Guiterrez's first arrest was in 2001, since then he has used at least seven different names and three different birthdays to change his identity. He has been charged with over 20 crimes in that time period.
