OPERATION AURORA – President Trump was in Aurora, Colorado today outlining the stakes in this election.

During the speech, President Trump announced his plan to launch “Operation Aurora” to Make America Safe Again, “In honor of Jocelyn Nungaray, Laken Riley, …Rachel Morin, and all of the others that are dead and/or mortally wounded at the hands of migrants who should never have been allowed into our country, I am announcing today that upon taking office, we will have an Operation Aurora at the Federal Level to expedite the removals of these savage gangs. And I will invoke the Alien Enemies Act of 1798…to target and dismantle every migrant criminal network operating on American Soil.”

The fact that such an operation is necessary shows the damage Kamala Harris has done to our country. As President Trump said, “No person who has inflicted the violence and terror that Kamala Harris has inflicted on this community can ever be allowed to become the President of the United States.”

AURORA UNDER SIEGE – Kamala Harris and the Fake News Media want you to believe a crisis doesn’t exist, but make no mistake, Kamala Harris' open border policies have allowed Tren de Aragua, a gang of Venezuelan illegal immigrants, to terrorize Aurora, Colorado.

Team Trump has the facts.

A recent report noted that the “number of Venezuelans coming to the border has skyrocketed from 50,000 in FY 21 to nearly 335,000 in FY 23.” This surge in illegal immigration corresponds with a decline in deportations. Data shows that deportations of convicted criminals have decreased 74% under Border Czar Harris.

These permissive open border policies have allowed Tren de Aragua to flourish. Even CNN reported earlier this year that Tren de Aragua is “infiltrating the US.” In Aurora, Tren de Aragua's rise has been a disaster for residents:

• A law firm hired to investigate Tren de Aragua's takeover of an apartment building found that the gang has been “engaging in flagrant trespass violations, assaults and battery, human trafficking and sexual abuse of minors, unlawful firearms possession, extortion, and other criminal activities.”
• The Denver Post reported last month that the gang has terrorized residents at several apartment complexes. 
• Residents and local officials have raised the alarm about Tren de Aragua's presence in Aurora. 
  • One resident shared now viral footage of gang members toting guns in her apartment complex.
  • Aurora's Mayor Mike Coffman said in August that at least two buildings “have fallen to these Venezuelan gangs.” He said, “I think we’re the victim of a failed policy at the southern border … you’ve got these massive waves of migrants coming across the border that many of them cross illegally, were arrested, ask for political asylum, were not adequately vetted, were released into the country.”
  • Aurora City Council member Danielle Jurinsky said: “They have shoved their way into apartments. They have changed locks on residents’ locks to the units and locks to exterior entrances and buildings.” Jurisnky said that residents "have been living in absolute terror.”
  • Aurora Council Member Stephanie Hancock said at a roundtable: "These gangs prey on that vulnerability and the fact that we don’t have teeth with what law enforcement can do and what ICE can.”
• Recent surveillance footage showed members of Tren de Aragua "pointing their weapons at a driver of a car outside an apartment building in Aurora, Colorado."
• In September, the New York Post detailed how Aurora “became a migrant gang war zone after Tren de Aragua took over apartment complexes in quiet suburb.”

NO “OPERATIONAL CONTROL” – In case you missed it, Team Trump is out with a must-read new piece on how Kamala’s open border is allowing cartels and gangs to enter the country essentially at will.

• Former U.S Border Patrol Chief Raul Ortiz testified that the U.S. does not have operational control of the entire border. As proof of that fact, more than 1.9 million gotaways have escaped past Border Patrol into the U.S. since Kamala Harris took office, with border officials saying that the official number of gotaways vastly undercounts the number who make it into the U.S. 
• U.S. Border Patrol Chief Jason Owens says cartels are “profiting” off the border crisis with “millions of dollars a week in revenue ... going directly into the hands of the cartels and those smugglers.” Meanwhile, Border Patrol agents have been left demoralized and “overwhelmed” by the Harris-Biden administration.
• The Harris-Biden administration has also hampered the enforcement of immigration law within our country. More than 40 percent of catch and release migrants have totally disappeared, and the Harris-Biden administration has failed to remove 99.7 percent of the illegal immigrants released into the interior of the U.S. Those escaping deportation include members of Tren de Aragua, including gang members committing crimes in the U.S. while under deportation order.
• Homeland Security Investigations estimates that Mexican cartels are now making $13 billion a year smuggling illegal immigrants into the U.S., 26 times what they made in 2018.

AN EDUCATIONAL STRAIN ­– The Daily Caller is put with a new report on how the sudden influx of migrants under Kamala Harris and Joe Biden is putting an unsustainable strain on Pennsylvania’s schools.

From the analysis:

• “A massive influx in non-English speaking students in Pennsylvania is overwhelming school districts across the state, and the logistical strain on administrators could be leaving other students behind.”
• “The number of English Language Learners (ELL) in school districts in Pennsylvania has surged nearly 40% since 2021, forcing public schools to shell out more cash to try and meet the needs of these students.” 
• “For parents in smaller towns that have experienced a sharp rise in migrant students, the impact has proven incredibly personal. ‘My daughter was ready to be in Head Start,’ Heather Roberts said to the DCNF, speaking about a pre-K program in Pennsylvania that caters to students with disabilities and low-income families. Her daughter fit the former description, as she was born with only one kidney. ‘Two weeks before Head Start was set to begin, [the school] contacted me and told me my child was not allowed to attend because of all of the immigrants coming in,’ she said. The school was forced to knock her daughter out of the program in order to accommodate more than 20 new Haitian students who came from low-income households, Roberts said.”
• “Through public records requests, the DCNF reviewed the English Learner expenses of 16 Pennsylvania school districts. On average, the additional costs were $3,483 per student. Using this average, the DCNF estimates the influx of students could be costing taxpayers over $97 million a year.”

NOT A “GLITCH” – Amanda Kiefer, who was brutally attacked by an illegal alien who then-DA Kamala Harris released, is slamming Kamala’s long history of putting illegal aliens over American citizens.

• “A woman whose skull was fractured by an illegal immigrant let out of jail as part of a program launched by then San Francisco DA Kamala Harris is blasting the vice president over a resurfaced speech where Harris discusses the matter as being the result of a glitch’ in the system.” 
• “‘That ‘glitch’ certainly had a negative impact on my life,’ Amanda Kiefer, who suffered a brutal attack at the hands of an illegal immigrant in 2008 while she walked down the street with friends, said in a statement to Fox News Digital.
  
  • “It would be easier to believe it was a mistake if Democrats in San Francisco didn’t have a long history of enabling illegal immigration, choosing not to prosecute illegal immigrant criminals and refusal to deport anyone.”
    
  • “It wasn’t a ‘glitch’ that the Biden Harris administration has let in millions of illegal immigrants, including tens of thousands of known, convicted criminals and those on the terror watch list. At a certain point, it can’t be incompetence, it’s intentional. Harris doesn’t care about Americans’ safety.”

VOTING IN NORTH CAROLINA – Today, the North Carolina State Board of Elections (NCSBE) agreed to expand voting access to areas affected by the hurricane, in accordance with the state legislature's plan.  

As RNC Chairman Michael Whatley stated, “North Carolinians who suffered the onslaught of Hurricane Helene cannot also be deprived of their right to vote – and that means expanding early voting sites in affected areas. We are glad to see the North Carolina State Board of Elections has come around to the Republican led legislature's bipartisan plan to expand voter access to hurricane-impacted areas. We will continue to watch and monitor the situation, hold the Board of Elections accountable, defend voting access for hurricane victims, and be prepared to litigate should the board prohibit the expansion of voter access." 

The details:

• 25 counties in North Carolina were devastated by Hurricane Helene. With rescue and recovery efforts underway, these counties must also have adequate access to vote this election with new and additional voting sites. 
• The NCSBE has agreed to expanded early voting sites in 13 counties.
• The RNC will monitor the NCSBE's efforts to ensure they provide adequate access for affected voters in all 25 counties.
