Trump Campaign Launches “Rural Americans for Trump” Coalition

Today, President Donald J. Trump announces the launch of the “Rural Americans for Trump” coalition. Rural America deserves a President that serves the interests of families in the Heartland and empowers them to be the most successful and prosperous versions of themselves. President Trump has proven that he will fight for rural Americans, stand up to China, support our farmers, ensure fair trade deals for workers, and defend our ideals across the globe.
President Trump has a proven record of delivering for Americans in rural and agricultural communities. During President Trump’s first four years in office, he negotiated over 50 agreements with countries across the globe to increase foreign market access and boost exports of American agricultural products, supporting more than 1 million jobs and putting rural Americans first. President Trump also worked to improve the rural way of life – investing over $1.3 billion through the Agriculture Department’s ReConnect Program to bring high-speed broadband infrastructure to rural communities.
In 2016 and 2020, President Trump received widespread support from rural voters who understood he was the only candidate with the best interests of the rural and agricultural community at the heart of his policies.
