ORDER UP – It was another iconic moment in modern political history — when President Donald J. Trump suited up for a shift at McDonald's in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

President Trump cooked food, bagged fries, worked the drive-through, and roasted Kamala for her disgusting McLies — as thousands of Pennsylvanians roared in support.

It also showed President Trump is the president for working Americans. Kamala Harris likes to say she “grew up in a middle-class family,” but when you ask how she will help the middle class – which has been hammered under 3.5 years of “Kamalanomics” – she can’t answer. Not only is there no evidence she ever worked at McDonald’s, when she says she offers a “new way forward” for working Americans, she’s lying.
Their economic records speak for themselves. Here are the facts:
- Under Kamala, inflation has averaged 5.2% — almost three times the average inflation rate under President Trump.
- Under Kamala, real average weekly earnings are down 3.4%. Under President Trump, real average weekly earnings increased 8.2%.
- Under Kamala, gas prices have averaged $3.49/gallon. Under President Trump, gas prices averaged $2.48/gallon.
- In Kamala's first three years, Americans saw a 1.3% increase ($1,050) in median household income. In President Trump's first three years, Americans saw a 10.5% boost ($7,690) in median household income — seven times larger.
- In Kamala's first three years, the personal savings rate fell from 19.3% in 2021 to 2.9% in 2024 — an 85% decrease. In President Trump's first three years, the personal savings rate rose from 5.3% in 2017 to 19.3% in 2021 — a 264% increase.
- Under Kamala, the average 30-year fixed mortgage rate increased by 120% between 2021 and 2024. Under President Trump, the average 30-year fixed mortgage rate decreased by 32% between 2017 and 2021.
- Under Kamala, credit card delinquency skyrocketed by 54% between 2020 and 2024. Under President Trump, credit card delinquency fell by 11% between 2016 and 2020.

- “Trump’s campaign has since taken the viral footage of him working at McDonald’s and created a TikTok video, which has become one of his most viewed videos on the platform. As of Monday morning, the video has over 21 million views”
- “‘I’m looking for a job, and I’ve always wanted to work at McDonald’s,’ Trump says in the video. ‘I never did. I’m running against somebody that said she did, but it turned out to be a totally phony story, so.’ Following his visit, Trump’s campaign created a ‘MAGADonald’s’ T-shirt featuring a photo of the former president waving his hand out the drive-thru window.”
- “In addition to working at McDonald’s, Trump also attended Sunday night’s game between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the New York Jets. The former president’s campaign also released a TikTok video of him at the game, which shows the stadium chanting ‘U-S-A’ and Trump shaking hands with former Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown.”

Indeed, as of this morning, President Trump’s visit to McDonalds had earned tens of millions of views on TikTok.
