Experts say the likelihood U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers will remove them is “virtually nonexistent” and that they “are here indefinitely, if not forever.” As Border Czar, Kamala Harris has failed to remove 99.7 percent of the illegal immigrants released into the interior of the U.S.
