Pheasant Hunting In Harris-Walz’s America…

October 12, 2024

Tampon Tim Walz spent the morning desperately attempting to make up ground with male voters by staging a pheasant "hunting" photo op (hosted by a left-leaning "non-profit" that has received more than $152 million in federal funding under Harris-Biden).

There were no guns in sight — a sign of the future under a Harris-Walz administration.

It's all a show to distract from the anti-gun, anti-outdoorsmen records of Harris-Walz:

  • Kamala and Biden have announced the closure of 1.3+ million acres of public lands for hunting.
  • Kamala and Biden prohibited lead ammunition and fishing tackle in public wildlife refuges.
  • Kamala has called national mandatory gun confiscation "a good idea" that she would do by executive action.
  • Kamala has repeatedly called for a so-called "assault weapons" ban, a ban on importing AR-15-style firearms, and a ban on high-capacity magazines.
  • Kamala says she's "proud" of California's radical gun control laws.
  • Kamala supports raising the age to purchase a rifle.
  • Kamala supports burdening licensed retailers with even more red tape.
  • Kamala has praised the radical gun control laws of foreign countries, where citizens do not have a legal right to gun ownership.
  • As district attorney, Kamala argued in favor of a total ban on handgun possession and successfully pushed to ban gun shows on city and county property.
  • As attorney general, Kamala "sent law enforcement" to peoples' homes to "take their guns" and urged the courts to tighten restrictions on concealed carry permits.
  • Walz has smeared gun advocacy organizations as "extremist" and an "obstacle" to his radical gun control scheme.
  • Walz has been repeatedly endorsed by radical gun control groups.
  • Walz signed legislation allowing judges to order gun confiscation without due process (and bragged about it), restricting private firearm transfers, and banning commonly used triggers.
  • Walz opposes concealed carry reciprocity.
  • Walz opposes reducing restrictions on gun silencers.

President Trump was a champion for conservation and access to public lands for hunters, anglers, and sportsmen — and will be once again in his second term:

  • President Trump signed the largest public lands investment in history, supporting recreational access, protection, and preservation and permanently conserving outdoor recreation areas for public use.
  • President Trump opened and expanded access to more than four million acres of public lands for hunting and fishing across hundreds of national wildlife refuges and fish hatcheries.
  • President Trump signed legislation to ensure federal lands are open to hunting, fishing, and recreational shooting.
  • President Trump repealed Obama-era prohibitions on hunting and trapping.
  • President Trump created a Hunting and Shooting Sports Conservation Council.
  • President Trump added 49 trails to the National Recreational Trails System, spanning 1,645 miles.
  • President Trump reversed the Obama-era ban on traditional lead ammunition and fishing tackle on public lands and waters.
  • President Trump protected the Second Amendment from foreign bureaucrats.
  • President Trump's administration petitioned the Supreme Court to overturn New York's unconstitutional restrictions on transporting handguns outside the home — which was ultimately overturned by Trump-appointed justices.
  • President Trump believes every American has a God-given right to protect themselves and their family and has proven he will defend law-abiding gun owners.
  • President Trump has committed to terminating "every single [Harris-Biden] attack on gun owners."
