Vice Presidential Nominee, Senator JD Vance, will deliver remarks in Charlotte, North Carolina to a Believers and Ballots Coalition Event on Monday, September 23, 2024, at 6:30PM EDT.
Team Trump previously launched the "Believers for Trump" coalition and Believers and Ballots Program. The coalition engages with our faith communities and church congregations to spread the word about President Trump’s commitment to religious liberty and our country. People of faith are rallying around President Trump’s campaign because of his proven track record of defending religious freedom.
The Believers and Ballots Program will deliver record turnout for President Donald J. Trump by organizing church congregations register voters in key battleground states, increase vote-by-mail and absentee ballots registrations amongst churchgoers, and mobilize congregations to vote early in-person, especially on the two weekends preceding Election Day.
When joining the coalition, believers can sign up to be a Church Captain to help organize prayer calls and mobilize their congregation to get registered to vote and turn out. Through education and mobilization, the faithful will Swamp The Vote and drive President Trump’s victory.
President Trump has long championed religious freedom. As President, he established the White House Faith and Opportunity Initiative, became the first sitting president to address the Values Voter Summit, and attended the National Prayer Breakfast every year of his presidency. He also fought against antisemitism and fiercely advocated for the state of Israel – recognizing Jerusalem at Israel’s capital and ordering the Department of State to move the U.S. Embassy in Israel to Jerusalem.
