During her speech at the DNC, Kamala Harris claimed, “I will fulfill our sacred obligation to care for our troops and their families, and I will always honor and never disparage their service and their sacrifice.”

As vice president, she has already broken that commitment. Today marks three years since the attack on Abbey Gate which killed 13 American heroes, and the contrast could not be clearer. President Trump laid a wreath at Arlington National Cemetery today to honor the fallen. Meanwhile, Kamala Harris has nothing on her schedule, and Joe Biden, who is nominally still president of the United States, is at the beach.

This is part of a years-long pattern of Kamala Harris disrespecting the Gold Star families, refusing to honor the fallen, and denying any accountability:

• She played a “key role” in the Afghanistan disaster by her own admission.
• She has defended the decision continually, and praised Joe Biden’s debate performance after he heinously insisted no U.S. servicemembers had died on their watch.
• She has never said the names of the 13 heroes in public.
• There have been no answers for the Gold Stars families as the Harris-Biden administration has stonewalled any accountability.

Kamala Harris failed our soldiers and their families. President Trump never will.
